New Director Joins Little Lambs Toddler Center

We are excited to announce that Evelyn Kissel has been appointed as the new Director of the Little Lambs Toddler Center at BishopJanes United Methodist Church.
Evelyn brings over 15 years of experience as an early childhood educator to her new role. She holds a B.A. in Education from Rollins College and a M.Ed. in Early Childhood Education from the prestigious Bank Street College. Evelyn previously taught at esteemed schools like The Episcopal School in New York, Metairie Park Country Day School in Louisiana, and Saint John on the Mountain Nursery School in Bernardsville. When not in the classroom, Evelyn is passionate about volunteering in her own children's classrooms and serving on educational boards. She is a trustee of the Greater Newark LifeCamp and a member of the School Committee for Preschool Advantage. A dedicated mother of four, Evelyn resides in Bernardsville with her husband Pete and their children Georgia, Peter, James, and Graham. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, cooking, reading, and spending quality time with her family. Please join us in welcoming her to BJUMC!
